2. General Information on Data Processing
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. This website collects and processes personal data only to the technically necessary extent. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, unless required by law or necessary for the performance of a contract.
3. Hosting and Server Logs
This website is hosted by:
united-domains AG
Gautinger Str. 10
82319 Starnberg
Germany
Website: www.united-domains.de
When you visit our website, the hosting provider automatically records server log files containing:
- IP address of the requesting device (anonymized)
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the retrieved file
- Website from which access was made (referrer URL)
- Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system
- HTTP status code
These data cannot be attributed to specific individuals. Server logs are automatically deleted after 7 days. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and uninterrupted website operation).
A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.
4. Contact Form
If you submit an inquiry via our contact form, the data you provide — name, email address, company, phone (optional) and message — will be stored for the purpose of processing your request and for follow-up questions.
We use the service Web3Forms, operated by Strixfield Technology (India), to transmit form data. Data is transmitted via an encrypted HTTPS connection to Web3Forms servers and forwarded to our email address. Web3Forms stores submitted data only temporarily for delivery; no permanent storage on their servers takes place.
For more information on Web3Forms data protection: https://web3forms.com/privacy
A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Web3Forms.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing necessary for pre-contractual measures at the
request of the data subject) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing
business inquiries).
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your inquiry has been fully processed). Mandatory statutory provisions — in particular retention periods — remain unaffected.

When SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
